They are a UK company that are a well-known fibre network provider based in East Yorkshire.
Problem
The company had built a new network and they needed to use a splicer machine to terminate the fibre optic cables. This was a new form of termination and their team didn’t have experience using splicer machines.
They needed to partner with a company that could deliver the product they needed and also provide their staff with in-depth training services on how to use the equipment efficiently.
Solution
We visited the company’s site and ran an in-depth, hands-on training programme with their team members on how to use a splicer effectively.

We were up against two competitors who were offering the same products, but our in-house training programme set us apart from these companies.
