What made you want to join our team?
After leaving the hospitality industry, I was looking for my first office job and for somewhere where I could start my career and here I am! 8 Years on!
Tell us, what does a ‘normal’ day at work look like for you?
Busy! Lots of emails, phone calls and chasing up courier deliveries for our customers.
What is your favourite/most rewarding part of the job?
Developing Relationships with our Customers.
What 3 words best describe Networks Centre?
Fun, Hardworking, Knowledgeable.
How do you ensure success for customers?
Honesty is the best policy. We will go above and beyond to ensure that our customers get the best results.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I have gone from a Customer Service Advisor, to managing my own team. I have received training on customs procedures and really just learnt everything on the job.
What is the one accomplishment, at work, that you are most proud of? Why?
I am most proud of my team, new and old. We have several members of the team who have now moved onto other roles within the company, all starting in the Customer Service department.
