· Our personal customer account managers offer a 'high value' level of customer service; as well as comprehensive advice and expertise.

· All standard quotations are completed on the spot or e-mailed direct within a maximum 30min time frame.

· Our prices are monitored on a daily basis.

· We offer a unique delivery option; with our bespoke packaging service we can brand & dispatch direct to your customer to ensure you meet your deadlines.

· We welcome your feedback - Customers are given the opportunity to comment on the service we offer by completing the performance questionnaire. This is distributed to all our customers and acted upon accordingly.

To offer our customers maximum flexibility Networks Centre's office hours are 8:30am to 6:30pm. To compliment this we also dispatch products up to 6:30 for next day delivery.
